Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I book a jewelry set?
    Browse our designs, select the designs you like and make a note of the design codes mentioned on each product. You can call us or chat with us with either pictures or the design codes. Our team will check the availability of the set for your required dates and guide you in the booking process. Alternatively, you may visit our outlet if you would like to feel and try the jewelry. Our team will help you with the trial and booking according to your requirements.
  • Do you provide delivery and pick up?
    Yes. We provide delivery and pick up services within Bangalore, through third party delivery service providers, at an additional cost, as charged by the provider. However, you may also wish to opt for a pick up/drop at our outlet.
  • What are the payment terms and other requirements?
    To confirm the booking, the total rent amount (non-refundable) needs to be paid. The security deposit (refundable) needs to be paid on the day of pickup, before dispatch of jewelry from our end or pick up from our outlet by you, as the case may be. Apart from this, we also need a soft/hard copy of your address proof provided by any government organization, before or at the time of collection. As an alternative, you may also place any one of your original address proof as a security deposit in place of the deposit amount.
  • What if I lose or damage the jewelry?
    While we make every effort to make sure that there is no damage or missing parts in the jewelry, at the time of collection, we insist that you clearly check the number of pieces (clearly mentioned in your booking voucher) that you are taking, as well as any damaged parts in the jewelry, and inform our executives accordingly, so that they can correct it or mention it in the booking voucher. After collection from your side, it will be your responsibility to return the jewelry in full and without any damage. In case of loss of jewelry, either partially or fully, you will be required to bear the cost of it, depending on the loss or damage. In case, some of the accessories are missing, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit provided by you, and the balance refunded. In case, the full set is lost, you will be required to provide additional cost covering the full cost of the set, as we take only partial cost of the set as security deposit.
  • What are the cancellation and refund terms?
    We do not encourage cancellation of the bookings/refund once it is confirmed, as it hinders our efforts to provide the jewelry to our customers on a first come first serve basis. In case of genuine situations, we will process on a case to case basis. We hence request you to confirm your booking only if you are 100% sure. You are however free to change your jewelry or dates, as per availability, at any time. The rent will be recalculated based on the change, and any additional amount needs to be borne by you.
  • Can I use the jewels beyond the date and time mentioned in the booking voucher?
    We do not encourage this, as we might have bookings from other customers for the same jewelry in the immediate future. However, if you like to extend, please get in touch with us, so that we can check the availability of the set for the extended time and confirm to you. Additional charges will have to be borne by you, in case of confirmation of extension.
